18th birthday party costume theme ideas?
my friend and i are having a joint 18th birthday party this year at my house. and i would love to have a costume party theme but shes not to keen.
any good theme suggestions?
such as "what you always wanted to be" or ways to get her excited about the idea?
i would also like any advice you have on hosting a great party and keeping the guests happy and mingling

okay here..( ive thrown many great parties)
LIGHTS- put on some cool flashy strobe lights and stuff of that kind
MUSIC- have a playlist with some good dancing music like pitbull and black eyed peas…..etc.
PEOPLE- make sure you invite everyone whos ANYONE
FOOD- def have costco cake or sams club cake, pizza, chips(variety)
DRINKS- alch.beverages soda water
ENTERTAINMENT- have the tv on or playing a movie , or bust out the x box or wii or PS3 . GTA highly reccomended
and for the whole costume thing i suggest : beachwear – or a make you own costume out of somthing lol – or country esque. =)
Why don’t you dress up as a giant peanut and eat bananas
A great idea would be a Masquerade ball. That way you dont have to dress up as such but wear masks. Make everything mysterious and you would have an excellent party! xxxx
the 80′s is fun or mascarade is fun,,guest will be happy with good music and good food,,and as long as everyone is friends..i would give really good way fun ideas but your 2 young still ask me when your 21 and a party animal!,,lol
For example at the grocery store grab cake to make, candy, movie, make up,etc..you could drape white material down the walls in the garage and turn in into another room! and then have black accessories like plates and cutlery andt able decorations
