80s fancy dress ideas?

going to an 80s fancy dress next week, any ideas? i would really appreciate any photos of 80s costumes u have worn

    Okay, I’m picturing, a neon, batwing, loose-yet-stretchy top, or oversized slogan t-shirt, something like "shit happens" with pvc or shiny leggings and ankle boots. Hoops and very big hair, possibly lipgloss that matches the colour of your top. Fake eyelashes would be awesome too.

    Maybe hit up the Goodwill’s or Salvation Army’s in your area. You’ll have to dedicate some time to sifting through the racks to find the true diamond in the rough.

    Think big shoulders and puffy skirts. It’ll be really cute if you wear really gawdy, flashy costume jewelry too. The larger the better.
