Claus Wig Beard
what can I do about this situation?
My son will be 6 months old this Christmas so this is more for like next Christmas…
My dad has done Santa Claus for different things for as long as I can remember…but he didn’t start growing his beard till about 6 years ago (he always used a fake beard and wig before that so you could tell a difference in his looks)…
How should I go about this with my son? I know he will know that it is his Grandpa dressed up in a red suit…so I don’t want that to cause a problem with him believing in Santa Claus or spoiling it for other kids by calling him “Grandpa” or whatever he chooses to call him…
Ideas?
I understand your dillema, but let me tell you…your son will be in such awe of the red suit he probably won’t “see” past it. Believe me I have seen lots of relatives and friends dress as santa and you would think the kids would know, but they don’t. IF it should happen, just have a little reserve line in the back of your head. How you and your family choose to handle it is up to you. But me personally…would say…”Grandpa is Santa’s helper” (he’ll only be 1 1/2 and really any more info than that would be lost, if he even notices) Enjoy, the best is yet to come!!
