HELP PLEASE, with my fancy dress outfit?

the link above is my fancy dress outfit, i have the dress, the thing round ur neck and the hat, but i think ill only be wearing the dress because i dont like the scarf and hat, and it just guna look very plain, wot cud i do? wot colour of jewellry do u think i shud get?..thanks
Cute outfit.
For the neck, I’d either get a thin long red silk scarf and wrap round neck and tie at side or better still a choker necklace in red.
As for your head, I’d go to a army surplus store and get a white sailors hat (see link).
Cheaper option, get a hair clip and attach either a red bow, rose or red anchor patch from a sewing/craft shop.
