Well, I’m not sure, but a few ideas that you could run with are-
E- elastic- a dress with crisscross elastic strips all that make up the bodice /ebony-pitch,Midnight black dress/earth/electric,electricity/eight
F- fox/fairy- a very whimsical dress with fancy fairy wing s attached to the back/fish/fan/fade- colors fading from the top to the bottom /falcon/feathers- skirt covered in feathers//flower(s)- in the shape of a flower turned upside down,flow patterns all over it/fire

Hi there,
Depending on how strict the rules are,
For F I would go with a "Fairytale Dress" with a tighter bodice and a big flowing skirt, like the princesses in fairy tales.
For E, I would go with "Exotic Dress", maybe wearing a kimono, or an Indian wrap or something very cultural looking. Hope I helped!
