Where can I find a cheap ball gown for a black and white masquerade ball?
The Masquerade Ball is the second week in August, but I would still like to get it as soon as possible. It is unlikely that I will wear it again anytime soon, so I don’t want to spend a whole lot of money on something that I’ll probably only wear once. I still want it to be really nice, though, because their is a prize for best mask or dress/ costume. I live in Charlotte, NC. If I order online, I just want it to get here on time.
