Halloween Costumes Scary

How do you make a halloween costume more scary?
I’m being little dead riding hood for halloween. I have the outfit, like this,
http://www.fancydress.com/costumes/Lil-Dead-Riding-Hood/0~170434~0
but with a plain black skirt, and the top and tights are ripped to shreds. How else can I make it scary, I’m dropping blood down the top and tights.
How do I make it scary and how do I do my make up?
To do the make up you would put a very light colored foundation on and using a rose colored blush make rosy circles on your cheeks. Put gray eye shadow all over the upper lid right to the edge of the eyebrow. Blend black eyeshadow all around the edges of the eye. Use an eye pencil to outline the top and bottom lids and smudge slightly down cheeks before applying mascara. wear a bright red lip stick and pour blood down one corner of your mouth.
I suggest to make your look scarier you add fake flesh and scabs. here is a tutorial as to how to make them both http://filmmaking.stormforcepictures.com/howto-makefakescabsflesh.php
Good luck

Hocus Pocus $5.03 This big, fat theatrical bomb has a lot going for it. There’s the three leads, Bette Midler, Kathy Najimy, and Sarah Jessica Parker, playing three resurrected witches who wreak havoc on Salem, Massachusetts, 300 hundred years after they were hung. There’s music, special effects, and magic. There’s a surprisingly horror-filled plot. Whoops, hold up on that last one. It’s probably the extremes that … |
