Halloween costumes for a 13 year old? Not too skimpy, please.?
Well, my friend is having a “costume party” this year since my friends and I are too old for trick-or-treating. Anyways, the costumes I have found are too revealing. On http://www.partycity.com there are some costumes that I like. But of course, they’re skimpy. Here are the ones that I like:

I see your problem! IDK what size you wear but is it possible to buy a size bigger and alter it so it would not be so revealing? I think you will have the best luck with that if you go with either Red Riding Hood or a Vampire. Maybe consider an Indian princess costume.
