I’m going to a fancy dress birthday night out in just over a month and I’m stuck for costume ideas. It’s open costume, there isn’t a particular theme. I’m after a slightly quirky or unusual costume, not just a standard "police woman" or something, possibly something from a film or book… but at the same time I don’t want to have to spend too much on it as it’s likely to only get the one use.
