Sims 2 Skin Glitch for children! Pixelly/blotchy?
Hi! I have the Sims 2 Double Deluxe edition, and all my simmy children have this weird skin. The only part it doesn’t seem to effect is the face.. I’m wondering as to what caused this? I have quite a few mods.. Inteenimater and Isiminator (or something like that) are big ones that I have. It only effects my sims children, and I also have a large amount of custom content, so maybe that’s caused it?
Help, please! And, also, has anybody else ever experienced this glitch, and if so, what did you do ? Thank you!

Note the skin (not the face, thank goodness) and also, for the custom content preview, the glitched skin also appears there.. hmm. :s HELP!
It could very well be one of your downloads is causing this. Get the HCDU (Hack Conflict Detection Utility), available at simwardrobe by Paladin, look under Sims 2, then Programs. Available here:

Download it, install it, then run it. Not all “possible conflicts” are actual conflicts. InTeen and InSIM will show some conflicts with eachother, just ignore those.
If this doesn’t help, move your downloads folder out of your game. Move: My Documents > EA Games > The Sims 2 > Downloads
Place it on your desktop for safe keeping.
Try your game. If everything is working correctly, then it’s one of your downloads.
Move your downloads back into the game, a few at a time. Test your game after each move in. When the problem returns, you know you’ve found your problem download.
