Lego Minifig Halloween Costumes
Jen at work decided that we were to dress as Lego minifigs for Halloween. In the end only she and I managed to make costumes, so this is a short film about our trip to Starbucks

thats awsome. the one is strips looks so small X)
That’s because she is! I posted a video called Jen the Present which demonstrates this rather well…
And it was her idea to make the costumes in the first place, she’s very enthusiastic and into crafts and I kinda got swept up in it. It was lot of fun!
What i’d do for a lego suit….
Well, you should make your own!
It wasn’t as hard as I though it would be as I made my own costume (the larger one). I have a step-by-step on my Flickr photo stream.
Search Flickr for “Jayembee” and for “Halloween Lego Minifig Costume” and you will find the set…
(I can’t paste the URL, YouTube prevents that)
how did you make the lego head?
Go to Flickr and search Everyone’s Uploads for “Jayembee Lego” and you will see a handful of pictures. Click on one of those and you will be able to go to the associated photo set and that has a whole step-by-step of how I made this.
I’d post the URL directly but YouTube prevents URLs in comments (most likely to prevent spam)
your soo COOL
Cool!
@Jayembee1 How could you see anything through that thing?
@H1W25K1998 Well, it turns out that my head has the same proportions as a Lego minifig… yeah, I’m not sure what to make of that either. But anyhow, when I drilled the eye holes, they lined up almost perfectly with my eyes. It wasn’t a conscious choice, it just worked out that way. As I mentioned to another commenter, search my Flickr stream for a making of, if you are interested. It was a fun project. And a year later, I made legs too (also on shown Flickr).
i want that costume please……….
cool
