The Queen of Goddess, Isis is the oldest and the important goddess of the Egyptian gods. Isis known as Aset by Greeks and she is also the Goddess of motherhood and fertility. Literally, her name Isis means “she of the throne”.

She is the daughter of Geb, the God of Earth and Nut the Goddess of Sky. She is the sister of Set and Nephthys, the sister and wife of Osiris and the mother of Horus.

Isis was revered as a great healer and magician. According to the myth, when her husband Osiris was murdered by his brother Set, she searched for his body and buried him properly.
