Soraya wanted to get creative with her jewelry, so she wore earrings, bracelets, a bronze jeweled collar and an Austrian crystal necklace which are both vintage and family heirloom pieces passed down through the generations to Soraya. The Tropicana Casino’s Quarter was the setting for this amazing costume party. Soraya’s awesome husband Dr. Rob took all of the pics. The Autumnal North Eastern storm which brought ice, freezing rain and snow and passed over Atlantic City on Halloween weekend did not deter any holiday fun as you can see from the pictures and costuming.
