what are some funny halloween costume ideas that i could put together myself?

at first i was trying to think of celebrities but im open to any good ideas. what are some rock stars i could easily dress up as and alot of people would know who it is?

    Make a paper mache head, stick it on your shoulder and go as the olsen twins…if that’s not your flavour, buy some purple balloons and go as a grape.
    If you become absolutely desperate, buy a stank ass weave from the dollar store, douse yourself in cheap tequila and go as amy winehouse.
